What makes a good blog?
By evaluating a blog in terms of its organization, content, ease of use etc., we will find the answer.
I recently perused "The TESOL Blog" and its content and design served as a significant source of inspiration for me. Below is my analysis and evaluation of it.

Organisation and Layout:
The overall structure of the blog is highly transparent, facilitating a clear comprehension of the content and functionality of each section. The presence of distinct directory guidelines at both the top and sides of the page provides convenience for readers.
Content and Features:
The blog provides readers with news, information, and peer-to-peer guidance related to effective classroom practices and other important topics in the field of English language education. Interestingly, the recruitment information depicted in the image is almost ubiquitous throughout this blog. It is evident that there is an urgent need for them to hire an English language teaching.^-^
Ease of use and Navigation:
While I find the blog's layout to be clear, there is room for improvement here. It's easy for readers to overlook the directory bar on the right because it does not move along as they scroll down.
Target Audience:
The target audience is obviously teachers engaged in TESOL. In the comments section, numerous EFL teachers actively participate in discussions on the blog.
Summary:
- A well-organized and visually appealing layout enhances the user experience. Easy navigation and a clear structure make it simple for readers to find and enjoy content.
- The success of a blog often depends on understanding the target audience and consistently delivering content that resonates with their interests and needs.

I like your post title because it skilfully combines what you are doing (getting to know Blogger) with the content of the post (all about a good blogger)! You go on to evaluate The TESOL Blog and it's clear that they are your own opinions which is essential for a trustworthy blog! Your subheadings are clear with some well-chosen screenshots to illustrate your points. It's good that you mention the problems too as that helps build trust in your blog. The only place I felt I lost 'your voice' was in the final two bullet points - they seemed rather generic as if they had come from an advice website or AI. It's OK to use words from elsewhere but make sure you acknowledge it when you do! Well done for embedding a video - he has good advice if you want to sell or make money from your blog!! Keep up the good work - I look forward to reading the rest of your posts in April.
